Sales Development Representative (SDR)
We are looking for a detail-oriented and SDR to join our team. In this role, you will be the company's first point of contact with potential clients (business owners and decision-makers). The role requires excellent communication skills, a curious mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Understanding our company's services in order to communicate them effectively
Identify and qualify business opportunities.
Conduct active (outbound) prospecting via LinkedIn.
Qualify leads to determine whether they match the ideal customer profile.
Move decision-makers to a call with our sales team.
Manage the sales pipeline in the CRM, keeping records up to date.
Exceed targets for contacts and scheduled meetings.
What we expect from you:
Solid understanding of Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) and the ability to identify decision-makers within organizations
You are a hunter and know exactly how to find the information.
You like to think outside the box and find ways to achieve your goals.
You are able to handle rejection and remain focused on goals.
You are not afraid to be persistent and convince potential customers.
You have excellent communication skills.
You are comfortable speaking with business owners and senior decision-makers.
Comfortable working autonomously, taking initiative, and sourcing solutions independently.
Upper Intermediate English level.
Nice to Have:
Experience in HR tech, fintech, or high-growth startup environments
Experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR), driving prospecting, outreach, and qualified lead generation
Experience with CRM systems and sales engagement tools (example Apollo.io or GetSales).
