Head of Marketing

As a Head of Marketing, you will bridge product and market — ensuring that what we build not only solves real problems, but also scales commercially.
What You’ll Own
Own awareness and acquisition across key marketing channels
Drive a consistent flow of high-quality ICP leads
Own activation and engagement of the existing client base
Translate complex product capabilities into clear, compelling messaging
Define and communicate product value across all touchpoints
Deeply understand the product, market, and competitive landscape
Manage marketing budget with full accountability for CAC and ROI
Lead and coordinate external agencies for fast, high-quality execution
Core Areas of Responsibility
1. Positioning & Messaging
Build clear, differentiated positioning in a competitive market
Define and evolve the product narrative and value proposition
Create messaging used across marketing, sales, and PR
2. Go-to-Market (GTM)
Plan and execute launches for new features and product updates
Define ICPs, segments, and campaign strategies
Align product, sales, and marketing around GTM execution
3. Market & Customer Insights
Continuously analyze customer behavior and feedback
Track competitors, trends, and market shifts
Identify opportunities for growth and differentiation
4. Growth, Activation & Experimentation (Delivery Focus)
Own activation and retention across the lifecycle funnel
Identify leverage points that drive revenue impact
Run and scale experiments across channels and funnels
Focus on execution and measurable outcomes — not just strategy
5. Sales Enablement
Equip sales with decks, case studies, demos, and battle cards
Translate product into clear, sellable narratives
Support deal cycles and enterprise conversations
6. Performance & Analytics
Own key metrics: acquisition, activation, retention, ROI
Analyze performance of campaigns, messaging, and channels
Use data to inform decisions and influence product direction
Requirements
5+ years in fast-growing tech companies or startups
Experience in fintech / payroll / payments / B2B SaaS is a strong plus
Hands-on experience in US and/or European markets
Strong understanding of customer behavior and GTM strategies
Skills
Market research and competitive analysis
Proven track record in scaling awareness and lead generation
Strong ownership of CAC, ROI, and marketing budgets
Strategic thinking with a strong execution mindset
Clear storytelling and communication skills
Understanding of “Jobs To Be Done” framework
Data-driven decision making
Fluent English
