Customer Support Agent
Stape is a platform for fast and simple settlements between employers and contractors located in different countries. Interaction through it replaces employment contracts and allows companies to pay, and individuals to receive, compensation without bureaucratic barriers in any convenient currency and payment system.
We are currently looking for a Customer Support Agent who will become a key point of contact for our users. For this position, we are looking for an active, communicative, and empathetic candidate with a strong desire to help our users.
What you will do:
Handle incoming customer requests (B2B and B2C) via Usedesk.
Help users understand the product, find solutions, and explain them in simple terms.
Interact with cross-functional teams (product, development, etc.) to clarify information and resolve non-standard cases.
Participate in product processes: share feedback and help improve the user experience.
Maintain and improve the knowledge base.
We expect:
At least 1 year of experience in customer support.
Ability to communicate clearly and respectfully, demonstrating empathy.
Ability to find an approach to any user and explain complex things in simple terms.
Willingness to independently work on issues and find answers.
Interest in the product and a desire to dive deep into it.
Basic knowledge of English (B1 level).
Fluent Russian.
