We are looking for a Finance Manager to work closely with the founders and play a key role in building a reliable financial and payment infrastructure for the company. Your work will directly support our core value proposition — enabling seamless payroll payments for both local employees and remote contractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Create relationships with finance institutions to organize a solid finance infrastructure for company.

• Search for new payment partners (bank and payment systems) on UK and US markets.

• Manage company finances for UK and US legal entities.

• Search for investments opportunities to receive extra income on free cash in bank accounts.

• Take key role in applying for a Payment Institution license in nearest 6-12 months.

Requirements

• Proven experience in finance, treasury, fintech, or financial operations.

• Experience working with banks, payment providers, or financial institutions.

• Understanding of payment infrastructure, cross-border payments, or fintech ecosystems is a strong advantage.

• Experience managing finances for international entities (UK / US preferred).

• Strong analytical skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

• Ability to work closely with founders and operate in a fast-paced startup environment.
