Junior Sales Manager

About role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will focus on managing and qualifying inbound partnership and client requests, helping identify collaboration opportunities and supporting the business development pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and analyze incoming tier 2 and 3 partnership and client inquiries (IT/Gamedev companies, agencies, remote-first startups).
Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers (e.g. HR, CFOs, Heads of Operations)
Maintain accurate records of inquiries, leads, and partnership opportunities in CRM or internal systems.
Support preparation of presentations, proposals, and partnership documentation.
Monitor the pipeline of inbound requests and follow up where necessary.
Develop and deliver tailored presentations and demos of our global payout solution.
Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and long-term satisfaction.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, international payroll regulations, and competitive landscape.
Requirements:
1+ years of previous experience in business development, sales, partnerships, consulting, or account management.
Proven track record of hitting sales targets and growing accounts.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize tasks effectively.
Interest in business development, partnerships, and client relationship management.
Fluent English, and Russian, both in written and spoken.
Comfortable using CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce) and productivity platforms.
Сomfortable working in GMT+3 timezone.
Nice to Have:
Experience in business development or account management roles in Fintech, SaaS, payments, gaming or HR tech.
