As a Business Development Manager, you will drive our growth by identifying and closing new B2B opportunities, building strong client relationships, and helping companies scale their remote workforce with seamless international payment solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new clients in target markets (IT/Gamedev companies, agencies, remote-first startups)
- Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers (e.g. HR, CFOs, Heads of Operations)
- Develop and deliver tailored presentations and demos of our global payout solution
- Drive the full sales cycle: from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closing
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and long-term satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, international payroll regulations, and competitive landscape
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and online forums
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in business development or B2B sales in Fintech, SaaS, payments, gaming or HR tech
- High valued network of potential B2B customers, that matched with the Stape value proposition offer. Expecting to acquire clients with 200+ employees payouts per month in terms of 6 months
- Proven track record of hitting sales targets and growing accounts
- Solid understanding of global contractor payments, cross-border finance, or remote work ecosystems
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently
- Fluent English
- Comfortable using CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce) and productivity platforms
